These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and tk889 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the website located at https://tk889.lat and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features accessible through that domain.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise interacting with the tk889 platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension and potential withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

To access the full range of tk889 services, you must register a member account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account on the tk889 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

tk889 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time. During an EDD review, the account may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the review process.

tk889 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

• All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes by tk889.

Players are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient authorisation to use any payment method they submit. Chargebacks initiated fraudulently will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply based on your account tier and verification status.

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified members who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly in the terms of that promotion. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• tk889 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of an active promotion with reasonable notice, or to void bonuses that have been obtained through fraudulent or abusive means.

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. tk889 does not accept requests to void, reverse, or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error as defined below.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, or game results recorded incorrectly due to a software error — tk889 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. The decision of tk889 in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk889 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise manipulate the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in game mechanics or odds pricing for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

• Service interruptions, technical faults, server downtime, or network disruptions that prevent access to the platform or result in the loss of an active betting position or game session, except where such loss is directly caused by wilful misconduct on the part of tk889.
• Any delay in the crediting of deposits or processing of withdrawals caused by the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank).
• Any inaccuracy in cricket odds or game data caused by a data feed provider error, subject to the manifest error provisions described in Section 7.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game return-to-player percentages, or promotional terms.

tk889's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim, regardless of its basis, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the member's account subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure by the member: You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be resolved. Any genuine real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirement balances) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
• Termination by tk889: tk889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that the member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or other members.
• Effect of termination: Upon account closure, all associated bonus balances, pending promotional credits, and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any pending verification or investigation.

tk889 may retain certain member data following account closure as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and for the purpose of maintaining responsible gaming records, including self-exclusion histories.

tk889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on the platform with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to members via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the member's account.

Your continued use of the tk889 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
